First of all, I want to extend my appreciation to idp dubai for helping me with my university application and visa application to Australia. The process was very smooth and reassuring. I specifically want to say thank-you to Ms Chandula for making the process smooth since i had no prior knowledge of Australia and she dedicated her time to really help.
According to my agent, the offer letter with my scholarship sent to the local office has gone "missing" for unspecified reasons. A payment needs to be made by December 15, 2025, to secure the scholarship. The offer letter was dispatched to the office in the last week of November, but it was never received, resulting in the loss of my scholarship. I discovered this only after contacting my University. I am unsure who is accountable, but I expect prompt action and prioritization to rectify this situation.
