My experience with the online test has been incredibly frustrating and unprofessional. I attempted the Speaking Test three times, but each attempt was interrupted due to audio problems in the system. My internet was stable, and I met all technical requirements. Unfortunately, I could not proceed with the rest of the exam, as the Speaking Test is mandatory first. Customer support only provided generic responses and did not address my issues. They claimed no system errors were logged, yet I faced significant technical problems. Their lack of accountability and refusal to follow their own policies is unacceptable. I strongly recommend avoiding this online exam and opting for a test center instead. This experience has cost me time, money, and unnecessary stress.
