Completely unreliable system. During my exam, the lights went out twice in the listening section. After much confusion, the recording continued from the same spot. I paid a fee of 18,000, and the service was extremely lacking. I urge the authorities to take action, as these individuals are merely taking advantage of students. Personally, I would choose a different option.
