According to my agent, the offer letter with my scholarship sent to the local office has gone "missing" for unspecified reasons. A payment needs to be made by December 15, 2025, to secure the scholarship. The offer letter was dispatched to the office in the last week of November, but it was never received, resulting in the loss of my scholarship. I discovered this only after contacting my University. I am unsure who is accountable, but I expect prompt action and prioritization to rectify this situation.
