Truly the WORST backup service on the planet! it never worked for me! it would backup a small portion of my files and it would cause my computer to crash, literally taking over 100% of the CPU. Support was useless. I asked to have it cancelled and they never canceled and unbeknowst to me I paid for it for TWO years because I changed my email address believing the useless software that had never worked was cancelled and my husband didn't realize the charge shouldn't be on our card! Live and learn! If you are considering this service, just don't do it! It's really awful!Reply to their reply - oh trust me, I tried contacting their support, they are totally useless! Nothing worked! Then I wanted to cancel my account, I deleted that email address so they asked me to provide the credit card last 4 digits, I did and they replied and said that was not correct. I was surprised because I use that card for everything so I gave them my other card numbers and to each email they said no. I went and pulled up the statement and found the charge was on the FIRST card I gave them. This was my 5th email, I gave them that first card number again and they replied, yes that is the correct card! This is how every interaction with this company has gone! I had requested cancellation of this avvount over a year ago and it was never cancelled and I paid for it! I paid for this horrible service for 2 years and it never backed up my whole computer once, and it literally made my computer inoperable! I wish I had never tried this company, THEY ARE THE WORST!
