Match.com are guilty of Blackmail

The main purpose of dating sites and Match in particular, appears to be extracting as much cash from unsuspecting victims as possible. In the case of Match.com, you, as the punter, are sent encouraging messages from other site "members" and then invited to message that "member". At which point, you might think that a message field would be made available. Oh no. Nothing so simple. Large window appears demanding one of several alternative expensive subscription options to be paid for, in order to release the "members" details. That subscription is nearly impossible to cancel. Suggestion: Lose your card and your bank will provide a new one, with different i/d data on it. Which confuses the organisation's computers. Just don't provide Match with details of your new card, if requested.Dating sites in general, appear to be a mugs game. An extremely frustrating game at that. You will have more success down the pub, chatting up the bar maids. An addendum. As a result of doing a bit of homework, it appears that many/most of the online dating sites are part of the Match Group. Using similar cash extraction methods as each other. (Out of interest, even Facebook's dating Group is related to Match). Before engaging the services of an Online dating service, YOU SHOULD FIRST, check to establish if your intended provider "is part of the Match Group". Google will give you an immediate answer. Should your new group be part of Match, expect the worst. They have found a rich vein of income (online daters) and exploit it to their fullest immoral advantage. On their own admission, Match have just a 3% success rate.If you value your cash, stay away from ANY Match related organisation.CHECK, CHECK, CHECK FIRST, BEFORE COMMITTING ONE SINGLE PENNY.YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.
