I’m extremely disappointed with this service I placed a return on the 9th of January 2026 and I still haven’t received my refund. When I track my return it tells me that my return has been with the retailer since the 22nd of January. On the My Protein website it says that you should receive your refund within 3-5 working days after they receive the package. It has been way longer than 3-5 working days and there is still no sign of my refund. I have been trying to contact them about this and I am getting no where. I’m extremely disappointed and hope that I get my refund and that I’m compensated for the amount of time I have been waiting.
