I’m extremely disappointed with this service I placed a return on the 9th of January 2026 and I still haven’t received my refund. When I track my return it tells me that my return has been with the retailer since the 22nd of January. On the My Protein website it says that you should receive your refund within 3-5 working days after they receive the package. It has been way longer than 3-5 working days and there is still no sign of my refund. I have been trying to contact them about this and I am getting no where. I’m extremely disappointed and hope that I get my refund and that I’m compensated for the amount of time I have been waiting.

Is MyProtein a real company????Tried yo complete a purchase, 4 times and came up the same error messageEven using two different account via two different cards app failed 4 times, customer service came with the traditional weak excuses "very sorry dor that" they don't come with a single solution Run away from this company

Shocking customer service

Ordered 3 months ago, waited 4 weeks for delivery order was worth 75 euro, gave one more chance ordered 40 euro worth of stuff one weeks ago and now won’t get the order until I pay customs, I contacted and they said it’s up to me to pay even though it is and Myprotein.IE you would expect to not pay Customs, my first order was bigger and didn’t have to pay. Customer service is appalling no help whatsoever. Wouldn’t recommend this site to anyone it is not transparent about customs and makes customers think it is an Irish site when it’s not.

Was so surprised to read all the negative reviews, I ordered and received no bother, dispatch was a little slow but was very happy with my items, they even sent a second free bottle which is useful. A bit hesitant to order again due to all the negative reviews, which is unfortunate because I really like their products

Avoid at all costs

Avoid at all costs. Paid for order, now order has vanished online, and still nothing being done about it 4 days later. They have given me no explanation and still haven't resolved anything

Offered discount not applied. Appauling Customer Service

Received an email offering 25% discount off all products. Prices showed discount on product pages so placed an order and didn't realise until after I checked out that the discount hadn't been applied. Contacted customer service who requested proof, which I sent via screen shots of both email and website. I am now 2 months and 12 messages in and still no resolution. Apsolutely appauling customer service. To add insult to injury, I have just received another email offering me 20% discount.
