Received an email offering 25% discount off all products. Prices showed discount on product pages so placed an order and didn't realise until after I checked out that the discount hadn't been applied. Contacted customer service who requested proof, which I sent via screen shots of both email and website. I am now 2 months and 12 messages in and still no resolution. Apsolutely appauling customer service. To add insult to injury, I have just received another email offering me 20% discount.
