This will be my last experience with them. I faced numerous problems, starting with inaccurate delivery estimates. What they advertise as 5 working days for in-stock items actually turned into 3 months, revealed only after many calls over a month. Their payment system is flawed, forcing me to call each time an item is ready to ship just to re-process the order. They also charged excessive 'service fees' on orders, which required multiple follow-ups for a credit. Customer service is nearly non-existent. After countless calls and chats, there's been no resolution or response, nor any acknowledgment or apology for the errors that wasted my time. I'm glad to be finished with this service and won't be ordering again.
