Placed an order for a product. The company website says same day dispatch. It took two days to dispatch. Was given a tracking number which didn’t work. After emailing and making a complaint and not receiving a response for a week(website says two working days response on complaints) I phoned up. I was told that the reason why the tracking number didn’t work and my delivery was taking so long was that they had dispatched it from England to without telling me when I ordered it online. I have now been charged twice for the same product and upon calling up about it I was told systems down and we can’t find any information. Genuinely one of the worst experiences I have had with a company and the only time I have felt the need to write reviews to warn others not to shop from this company.
