My shopping experience with RS Components, Auckland, NZ has been shocking to say the least. I tried to purchase some Gorilla Tape from them recently, only to find that the single roll which I wanted had automatically changed to two during the online order. I went through with the purchase, not noticing the change only to find out afterwards, once I received an email receipt. I tried calling them, only to listen to music for 22 minutes, then being told there was a one hour wait to speak to someone. I emailed their customer sales team explaining what had happened at 3.30pm, I eventually got an automated reply after 7pm to say they were busy and that someone would answer my enquiry. I waited a day and this never happened, so I sent them another email, only to receive another automated response saying they were busy.I have waited 3 days and sent 2 emails for a response from anyone from RS Components, the 2 rolls arrived today and i heard nothing about how to return the second roll. This is just appalling customer service in my view, I won't be buying anything from RS from now on.
