RS used to be our goto supplier. They had the benefit of 1) not charging trade customers for delivery, 2) delivering the next day reliably, and 3) you could buy small quantities of components.Now, they have a minimum £30 order for free delivery, they are often out of stock on common items, and for many items you have to buy minimum quantities of 10, 100 or even more. And some items are shipped from Europe so they don't arrive next day.Really there is no point in using RS any more as DigiKey, Mouser etc. can ship as quickly, are cheaper, have more stock and don't have the silly minimum quantity restrictions. All very sad as the current management seem determined to run the business into the ground.
