I will not be returning to this service. There have been persistent problems, beginning with unclear delivery timelines. The site claims 5 working days for in-stock items, but it actually takes 3 months, which I only discovered after numerous calls. Their payment system has been problematic, requiring me to call each time an item is ready to ship just to re-process the order. They also impose excessive 'service charges' that I have to chase multiple times for a credit. Customer support is nearly nonexistent. Despite countless calls and chats, there has been no resolution or acknowledgment of the mistakes that wasted my time. I'm relieved to be done with this service and will not be making any future purchases.
