I had a flight to Istanbul and no where did it say your passport needs to be 6 months from expiration to travel. I mean, what is the point of an expiration date if it doesn't matter. I called them and explained the situation and that i was working on an emergency passport. They would not change anything for me. They wouldn't do a credit, they wouldn't give me a discount off a new ticket, or help me out with taxes and fees since i blew 1300 on a ticket that i cant use. Absolutely horrible customer service. I highly recommend no one ever uses this company.
