Terrible Service

I had a flight to Istanbul and no where did it say your passport needs to be 6 months from expiration to travel. I mean, what is the point of an expiration date if it doesn't matter. I called them and explained the situation and that i was working on an emergency passport. They would not change anything for me. They wouldn't do a credit, they wouldn't give me a discount off a new ticket, or help me out with taxes and fees since i blew 1300 on a ticket that i cant use. Absolutely horrible customer service. I highly recommend no one ever uses this company.

I am Impressed with IEagle.

I am a first-time customer at IEagle who travels internationally 6 or so times a year. My experience with IEagle was super. My travel agent was Tej, and he was very patient with me (I have zero computer skills). Tej took lots of extra time to ensure that the ticketing process was completed accurately, and with a minimum of frustration on my end of things. I have used I-eagle for many years for my international travels and they haven't failed to provide the best air fare, so far. Their refunds, when necessary, have been prompt and their customer service agents have been helpful, understanding, and respectful. I highly recommend them and will continue to use them.

Ultimately a good enough service

Bought some plane tickets through their site and had no issues, however the site did ask for a tip. I am not tipping an more or less automated system and thus knocking a star off.
