Deceptive company. The cameras I received worked, but their functionality didn't match the description, making them unsuitable for my needs. I tried to initiate a return, but despite the items being unopened and in pristine condition, I only received frustrating emails that went in circles, with the frequent phrase 'please let us know when you are ready to return.' I sent the package to the UK return address listed on their site, but they claim it's incorrect. If I eventually receive my money back, I will update this review, but at the moment, it feels like I've been scammed. I've seen other reviews with similar complaints about being misled and not receiving refunds. Also, the grammar in several 5-star reviews seems suspiciously off.
