I bought a defective camera doorbell and politely asked for a return process, but they insist it’s not faulty and refuse to accept the return. I provided images showing a 12-second delay in motion detection, which allowed thieves to steal from my doorstep while I only captured them walking away. Despite following the tutorial video from the company, the issues remained unresolved, and now they claim it’s not faulty and to stop contacting them. It has completely stopped working after less than four weeks, yet they won't accept the return, ignoring the evidence I sent. This situation has caused me significant stress; I feel deceived and neglected, as if I have no consumer rights. It's an awful organization that makes you feel like the offender instead of the victim!

Excellent product. I have two cameras set up at my mother's house in the mountains in Canada (north of Quebec City). The winters are extremely cold, and I was concerned that the solar panel wouldn't keep the battery charged, but there have been no issues. Even at -20 degrees Celsius, the camera is still functioning without needing a charge. It's easy to use and install, and the quality is great for the price. Highly recommend.
I recently placed an order for cameras and a doorbell, but after waiting two days for a shipping notification, I had to email them. They informed me that the doorbell was out of stock, so I requested an alternative but received no reply. After emailing again, they automatically canceled my order and processed a refund. I think I will explore other options for purchasing the five cameras and doorbell due to their customer service and lack of understanding of customer needs.
Frustrating customer service. They go in circles regarding your inquiries and do not answer questions directly. To even reach customer service, you navigate back and forth on their website, clicking on 'contact us' which leads to their store page, and then clicking on customer service just takes you back. It's fruitless and frustrating. I've bought six cameras over the years, and two of them failed before the one-year warranty expired. They wouldn't honor the warranty, so I endured a frustrating back-and-forth for over two weeks. I got tired of it and decided to let it go. It seems they prefer that, even though the cameras that work are good; the ones that haven’t stopped charging leave you on your own to figure everything out because the customer service is ineffective.
I purchased three cameras and decided not to pick them up from the postal service because I changed my mind about this company. I emailed countless times to the customer service, and they claimed nothing was received. I went to the postal service and took a picture of how the company returned the items. Now, I believe it was a mistake to buy here; this company feels deceptive. Horrible service—don't buy from them.
