Frustrating customer service. They go in circles regarding your inquiries and do not answer questions directly. To even reach customer service, you navigate back and forth on their website, clicking on 'contact us' which leads to their store page, and then clicking on customer service just takes you back. It's fruitless and frustrating. I've bought six cameras over the years, and two of them failed before the one-year warranty expired. They wouldn't honor the warranty, so I endured a frustrating back-and-forth for over two weeks. I got tired of it and decided to let it go. It seems they prefer that, even though the cameras that work are good; the ones that haven’t stopped charging leave you on your own to figure everything out because the customer service is ineffective.
