After requiring a portable camera solution back in march i decided to by a few iegeek cameras which at first worked ok then failure after failure, yesterday the latest failure of the zs-gx3s has left me wondering if its indeed worth persevering with the obvious poor quality and cosntant failures. I sent a service request for another question 3 weeks ago and still no response. I have the extended warranty on both cameras for what its worth.Steer well clear everyone there are better products out there to be had. Also be aware that if the product fails after the 30 day period as a consumer you havnt a leg to stand on.(UPDATE) So after making contact with one of their sales fronts on ebay i found out for the malfunctioning camera to be fixed it would take approx 3 months yes 3 months or if i pay the sum of 10 gbp they will send one straight away? Im beyond puzzled and to reitterate the 3 year extended warranty they offer is not worth a jot.
