Unreliable service. The cameras I received worked well, but they did not match the description, making them unsuitable for my requirements. I reached out to start a return, but despite the items being unopened and in excellent condition, I only received frustrating emails that went in circles, often repeating 'please let us know when you are ready to return.' I sent the package to the UK return address on their website, but they claim it is incorrect. If I ever get my money back, I will update this review, but right now, it feels like I've been misled. I've seen other reviews with similar experiences of being strung along without refunds. Additionally, the grammar in several 5-star reviews appears suspiciously incorrect.
