This is an absolute scam. On the day of my speaking test, I faced connection issues twice. Despite ensuring everything was fine on my end and completing all the necessary tests, the exam portal shut down as soon as I joined the video call with the examiner. They allow three attempts, and understandably, I was anxious about connecting again. I finally managed to join the meeting, but the examiner's audio was not working. I confirmed it wasn't my fault, yet the examiner ended the meeting, wasting my final attempt. I contacted the support team to explain this, but they repeatedly stated that I only had three attempts and that I would need to book a new test since they couldn't issue a refund. I've now spent over 250€ on a test I couldn't take due to their mistakes, and they refuse to refund or provide another attempt. This is completely unacceptable.
