Many people have said this before, but I will reiterate: they are thieves. I paid for an online test and completed it without issues, but days later, they informed me that my results were permanently withheld due to alleged cheating, which I did not do, and they provided no evidence when I requested it. They simply refused to give me my results without reason and had the audacity to suggest I appeal, but they charge an additional fee for that.
