My test was canceled without a refund because I did not upload my passport at least 48 hours before the test. If this is mandatory, why wasn't this step included in the registration process? It seems they make registration easy just to collect more money, given their poor refund policy. If no refund is issued within five weeks of the test date, why does it matter when the passport is uploaded? It appears that testing institutions are exploiting their monopoly, and it genuinely feels like a scam. I cannot recommend them.
