IELTS Online is the worst experience of an unprofessional company and terrible service. They are supposed to test my English, but are not able to write or speak proper English in their support.My test was cancelled 3 times in a row, finally got a time that wasn’t cancelled and completed the speaking test. 8 hours later I receive another mail about a “technical issue” that has cancelled my already completed speaking test and the following written test. I got no reason why.The process ended up being too long, which resulted in me not being able to get admission to my desired education. Thanks IELTS, you are terrible.I have reported the behavior and carelessness to both universities’ legal departments and hope it will result in a lost license for hosting tests in Denmark.
