I experienced total disappointment. On the day of my speaking test, I had connection issues twice. Despite ensuring everything was functioning properly on my end and completing all necessary tests, the exam portal crashed as I joined the video call. They allow three attempts, so I was understandably anxious about the third try. I managed to join the meeting, but the examiner's audio was not working. I confirmed that the issue was not from my side, yet the meeting was ended, wasting my final attempt. I contacted the support team to explain that the technical difficulties were not my fault, but they insisted on the three-attempt policy and said I would need to schedule a new test since they couldn't issue a refund. I've now spent over 250€ on a test I couldn't take due to their errors, and they refuse to refund or offer another attempt. This is completely unacceptable.
