Yesterday, i purchased a hosting package on iFastNet and completed payment successfully, but the hosting has remained in “Pending” status with no activation.
I received an email saying new orders are screened for fraud and activation would happen after validation, which is understandable. However, there has been no clear timeline, update, or way to follow up.
The bigger issue is that I cannot access support. The system says I must register to access support, but registration itself is not working. This leaves me completely stuck with no way to contact support or get assistance.
As a paying customer, being unable to reach support during account activation is frustrating. I hope iFastNet can improve communication and ensure customers can access support immediately after payment.
I am leaving this review in the hope that the issue will be resolved promptly.
