2 days ago, on sunday, i paid for a hosting package on iFastNet and initially the hosting remained pending. When it eventually became accessible, the website started showing server errors.
(Service Unavailable The server is temporarily unable to service your request due to maintenance downtime or capacity problems. Please try again later. Additionally, a 503 Service Unavailable error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request. Apache Server at schoolhive.com.ng Port 443)
This is a custom PHP application that worked perfectly on my previous hosting provider, so the errors appear to be related to the server environment or configuration on iFastNet.
The most frustrating part is that I cannot access customer support. The system says I must register to contact support, but the registration process is not working. As a paying customer, this leaves me completely unable to report issues or get technical help.
Hosting problems can happen, but not having any functional support channel during setup makes the situation very difficult.
I am writing to ask for refund please.

Yesterday, i purchased a hosting package on iFastNet and completed payment successfully, but the hosting has remained in “Pending” status with no activation.
I received an email saying new orders are screened for fraud and activation would happen after validation, which is understandable. However, there has been no clear timeline, update, or way to follow up.
The bigger issue is that I cannot access support. The system says I must register to access support, but registration itself is not working. This leaves me completely stuck with no way to contact support or get assistance.
As a paying customer, being unable to reach support during account activation is frustrating. I hope iFastNet can improve communication and ensure customers can access support immediately after payment.
I am leaving this review in the hope that the issue will be resolved promptly.

Update: my service, which was supposed to end in February, has been suspended. It seems they must have noticed my concerns! Beware! There's no way to cancel an unpaid invoice without messaging the support team and waiting several days. The service is unreliable, and they appear to misrepresent their hosting capabilities. There's absolutely no way this service can handle over 300 GB of traffic, and the features are disappointing, such as only being able to upgrade and not downgrade. It feels like a scheme that works for a select few. I'm giving two stars because I have three URLs hosted here; otherwise, I would rate it lower. I plan to switch hosts this February.

IFastNet LTD, 5 stars because there weren't more stars. I have been with them since 2008. I started out with a Premium account, and then moved to a VPS. I had no idea about a VPS or how to get started. The support has been phenomenal. Never talked down to, or made to feel inadequate. Support was quick and always professional. If you're just starting out with self-hosting, and looking for a service that won't look down on you for any question, this will be your place. I had a catastrophic failure on my site this month December 1, and needed a backup. I sent a support ticket and when I got up the next morning, they already had it restored. Then contacted them around 8 am for more assistance and got a response in 30 min. Whatever you do, don't miss out on this fine service from iFastNet. I've had a Blog, Forum, and two personal websites with them all this time.
