2 days ago, on sunday, i paid for a hosting package on iFastNet and initially the hosting remained pending. When it eventually became accessible, the website started showing server errors.
(Service Unavailable The server is temporarily unable to service your request due to maintenance downtime or capacity problems. Please try again later. Additionally, a 503 Service Unavailable error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request. Apache Server at schoolhive.com.ng Port 443)
This is a custom PHP application that worked perfectly on my previous hosting provider, so the errors appear to be related to the server environment or configuration on iFastNet.
The most frustrating part is that I cannot access customer support. The system says I must register to contact support, but the registration process is not working. As a paying customer, this leaves me completely unable to report issues or get technical help.
Hosting problems can happen, but not having any functional support channel during setup makes the situation very difficult.
I am writing to ask for refund please.
