I bought a battery for pixel 7. I thought it would be cheaper to replace it on my own. Except that they sent the package though UPS. The delivery came and since the door was closed I asked to call. What he didn't. He said just go to pick up at pick up location except that ifixit doesn't autorise the pick up. I contacted the support that was not reactive at all. Answering back every 2 or 3 weeks. Conclusion: I lost energy, the package after one month went back to Ifixit , still no answer from them for reimbursement. A good advise : do not buy from them. It will not be able to pick up and loose your energy with a low quality support service
