Absolute scam of a company they simply dropship cheap products from AliExpress ordered essential toolkit and iopener both products don’t even work arrived in a dusty old box.
Iopener barely gets warm enough to soften phone adhesive and mettle tool left an ugly mark all around the bezel of my iPhone 16e and I couldn’t even pry the screen off.
€60 for cheap quality basically worth €2 your better off using stuff you get at home this was a waste of money and pretty much a price gouge and scam.
Ignore the paied positive reviews by employees these products are worthless and will easily destroy your devices.
In 2 out of two cases the added stickytape was not right. Repair went smoothly on my s8 an d s10 but the tape is just assembled wrong the clear film that is to be removed and the green film on which you can hold on to when laying it on the phone are simply flipped. Unless you wanted to put the tape on the backglass first and then lay that into the frame the logic dose not add up. Some parts were right but the important ones for the rim around the phone were flipped both times. I had two tries fortunately because i bought the set both for the screen and battery so i had two ig. Nitpicky but in any case worse than you think.
The shipping packaging was good. The instructions were good enough to get me through the job, but the pictures were not always the most clear. I wish I knew I was gonna need to purchase double sided tape or glue for the rear glass as this was my first repair.
