I placed an order on December 6th, which was accepted. After several days, I contacted the company for an update, and only then did they mention stock issues, stating it would be dispatched later this week. Still no updates, so I left a message on their chat and sent an email for more information. Now their website shows they are closed from December 8th until January 5th. Why accept orders if there was no intention to fulfill them? I could have ordered from another seller and received far better service. This is a frustrating way to run a business.
