I placed an order on December 6th that was accepted. After a few days, I reached out to the company for an update. Only then did they inform me about stock issues, stating it would be dispatched later this week. I still haven't received any further updates, so I left a message on their chat page and sent an email for more information. Now their website indicates they are closed from December 8th until January 5th. Why accept orders if they had no intention of fulfilling them? I could have ordered from another seller and received much better service. This is a frustrating way to operate a business.
