The customer service from this company is the worst. I ordered my package at the end of November, and it has been stuck in Cincinnati for two weeks. I emailed multiple times with no response, and when I finally got a reply from a representative, it was unhelpful. I love their products, but I wouldn’t recommend ordering directly from their site. It's better to buy from a retailer with better accountability.
