I have not received my items. I placed an order on 11/28, which was supposed to be delivered by 12/2, and now it’s 12/12 with no package in sight. I reached out to the support team for a refund, but they haven’t replied. I would not recommend this service.

Multiple deliveries with missing items!

I've complained several times about missing products from my orders and have received no response from the company! Some items are decent, but the hassle of not getting what I ordered and the lack of communication isn't worth it. It's frustrating—I work hard for my money!

Disappointing experience

I ordered a 5-pack of a serum two years ago and liked it, but after trying other products, I decided not to reorder. Three months later, I received an automatic shipment I didn't remember signing up for. The website shows no active subscriptions, yet I’m being billed every three months. Not worth the price

Mixed feelings

I purchased 12 products and liked about half of them. I found a few favorites like the wave spray and leave-in conditioner, but others left my hair feeling heavy and waxy. I think some products are better suited for thicker hair. The shampoo and conditioner were just okay. The customer service was good, though.

Hair spray malfunction

Beware of this company

Avoid ordering
