This was the first time I booked with Iglu. Always booked direct with P&O before, thought we would try a different cruise line this time. Booked the cruise on the Iglu site and it suggested I book parking, so I followed the car parking booking on the site. It gave me a couple of options for the same car park. I booked one of these sites. The following day I was made aware by a friend that I had booked parking at the wrong terminal. I immediately contacted Iglu and asked if I could get a refund for the car park and rebook at the correct terminal. There attitude was NOT OUR PROBLEM YOUR FAULT. Absolutely no customer care.
