This is our first cruise, and was recommended to use Iglu Cruise. I must say our adviser Magan was amazing. Made the booking easy and understandable. No pressure with making a sale and gave us time to think about everything. Would definitely recommend using Iglu Cruise.

I have booked with Iglu on many occasions and have found them to be very helpful, professional and polite. Last year they helped us put a package together for a fly stay cruise which was amazing. Prior to booking we was undecided on the cabin type but, they were patient, listened and advised. Just booked a cruise for 5 people last night. Again excellent service from Daniel who got me the best price. Sorted out our cabins being close to each other and on the same deck!! I highly rate Iglu with many years experience with them.
I booked 2 cruises & like iglu as my agent however it took quite a time to add them to my portal & my friends still haven't had theirs sorted which means we can't link accounts at the moment to add flights, transfers & hotels. Looking forward to future planning once sorted

I reserved my cruise for November 2026, and the experience has been smooth so far. I received my confirmation and was informed that I could log into my account, which could take up to 24 hours. However, I was able to log in within the hour. Overall, it's been an easy and hassle-free process. I would certainly consider booking again to secure the best available price.
