Booked a ski holiday package through IGLU. We had long delays on the return flight due to poor organisation and planning. I raised a complaint to IGLU - their response was that "it was nothing to do with them", although the plane was chartered fro the trip and everything booked through IGLU ! I wouldnt book again they clearly dont try and make amends if things go wrong, and have low standards of customer service.
