The requirements for our holiday was well understood, and I feel the options put forward were very appropriate.Unfortunately, this positive view was almost immediately undermined when I received the booking, there were several sloppy mistakes in the details, common names misspelled and an incorrect home address. As I'm sure everyone knows, passenger details have to be exact for flights, so it was really distressing. I believe I have managed to get these corrected, but am waiting on the final invoice to be absolutely 100% sure.My Trustpilot score would be much lower but, the representative I've spoken to over these corrections, Becky, seems to have been very good and on top of this. Fingers crossed!
