Awful customer care, faulty products and the software is full of bugs. New software is not compatible with Apple Mac. Customer service is slow and unhelpful. Really frustrating, especially trying to prepare for gigs and letting clients down because of low quality equipment and unreliable software. Save your money and spend it elsewhere.
