Honestly, I have been so impressed with the Jelly Poi itself, but even more so with the customer service provided by Liliya and the support team. Initially, my poi had dead zones, which I was very concerned about. However, I contacted the Ignis Pixel support team within 15 days of purchase, and they managed to exchange my prop with a brand new one, as I had sent the previous prop to them in Estonia. They even refunded me the shipping cost for the returned POI. I thought of giving a decent review, as they really deserve it. Thanks so much, and to many more spinning and flowing.
