I am a real customer who paid in full in CNC vibrating knife cutting machine and also invested significant time and money to iGolden CNC Factory. Before purchasing, I personally flew to visit the factory because I wanted to confirm the supplier was legitimate. Everything written here is based on my real experience, supported by written records, photos, and videos. Unfortunately, despite all of that effort, this purchase has turned into a worst ''NIGHTMARE'' in my life.
1) Lead time promised vs. reality (major delay)
Before payment, the sales manager clearly stated the maximum lead time would be 60 days. Based on that promise, I proceeded with the order.
However, the actual timeline was far beyond what was promised:
Deposit paid: September 10, 2025
Shipped: December 4, 2025
Arrived: December 17, 2025
This is more than 3 months from deposit to arrival, significantly exceeding the 60-day maximum that was communicated to me.
2) Missing and incorrect parts on arrival
When the machine arrived, it was not ready to use because critical parts were missing, including the blade holder, making the machine unusable. The blade type was also incorrect.
Some parts were promised to be sent later, but the promised deadline has already passed by several days and I still have not received them. This is unacceptable for industrial equipment.
Even worse, the software manual was provided about one month after delivery, which is not professional.
3) Core performance issues — vacuum system failure makes the machine unusable
The most serious issue is that the machine does not work properly, mainly due to the vacuum system.
For a CNC vibrating knife cutting machine, vacuum hold-down is essential. Without stable suction, the material shifts during cutting and accuracy is impossible. In my case:
The vacuum suction is clearly too weak to hold materials firmly. The material moves/slips during cutting, causing failed cuts and ruined output.
During operation, the vacuum breaker trips, which stops suction immediately. Once suction stops, the material is no longer secured, the cut cannot continue properly, and the job fails. This wastes materials, time, and money.
This is not a small tuning issue. It is a fundamental performance problem that prevents normal use.
4) After-sales support and responsibility were extremely disappointing
The supplier mainly provided support by sending messages on WhatsApp. They also attempted to send replacement parts for items they sent incorrectly or forgot to include.
However, even those missing/incorrect parts have still not been fully received, despite promises and deadlines already being overdue. Beyond WhatsApp messages and partial shipments, the overall effort, responsibility, and ownership of the problem have been extremely negative.
5) Real impact and losses
Because of the issues above, we experienced:
damaged and wasted materials
wasted working hours and repeated troubleshooting instead of production
extra costs and major delays to production plans
and the total amount paid for this machine was not small — it was a significant investment, which makes this situation even more unacceptable.
6) Overall conclusion
This has been an extremely poor experience from delivery handling to professionalism, after-sales responsibility, and machine performance. For a machine that was fully paid and sold with a 2-year warranty, the minimum expectation is that it arrives complete, on time as promised, and works as advertised. That did not happen in our case.
What makes this even more disappointing is that this supplier claims to have been in business for over 12 years, sells to customers worldwide, and is a top-ranked seller on Alibaba. Based on those credentials, I expected a professional standard of quality and responsibility — but my experience was the complete opposite.
I also tried to involve Alibaba to help mediate. Alibaba’s customer service informed me that they attempted to contact iGolden CNC, but the seller did not answer their calls. Think about that: even when Alibaba tried to reach them, they avoided contact. This says a lot about their responsibility and willingness to resolve issues.

I purchased a 3-phase industrial laser machine from iGolden CNC.However, the machine that arrived was not what was ordered.Instead of a 3-phase machine, I received a 220V single-phase machine, which is not allowed in the EU for systems above 3.6 kW.The internal wiring and labeling were also wrong (labeled L1/L2/L3), which caused the machine to burn and fail when installed according to the labeling. The machine was delivered promptly and well packaged to ensure it arrived in perfect condition. Setting it up was a breeze thanks to the clear installation guides available on the website. I bought a a 3000w lazer cleaner . When it arrived it didn't work , had missing parts , the assembly was dreadfully done , cooling hoses pinched , clips not tighten , connectors not engaged or not secured , missing nozzles, there was no instructions for use etc.. the after sale was very poor , I had to keep contacting every day for over a month to have them look into the problem remotely. The tech had no idea what he was doing but thanks that I had a computer guy to help him .At the end I asked an extra 1$lens and they tell me I have to pay for it after all that happened and how they miserably failed .I would not recommend this company to anyone.
