I bought a a 3000w lazer cleaner . When it arrived it didn't work , had missing parts , the assembly was dreadfully done , cooling hoses pinched , clips not tighten , connectors not engaged or not secured , missing nozzles, there was no instructions for use etc.. the after sale was very poor , I had to keep contacting every day for over a month to have them look into the problem remotely. The tech had no idea what he was doing but thanks that I had a computer guy to help him .At the end I asked an extra 1$lens and they tell me I have to pay for it after all that happened and how they miserably failed .I would not recommend this company to anyone.
