As they promised me they will deliver it on 14th 11am to 6pm .. I clearly mentioned every single details like a baby ... I was waiting n tracking my order till 11.40pm of 14th around 4 hours the order was on the way showing map .. when I tried to call them no response .. I patiently waited till 11.40 and when the order was closed by it got cancelled automatically.. I was trying to call them but no response .. I have all this proofs as screenshots .. they did not deliver my product on 14th that is valentine's day .. was a special valentine for me actually. And 15th I mailed them n they apologised and told me they will deliver on 15th
Which was useless for me ... Even though they offered some discount on next order I told them no need any discount .. just deliver the product... Even then this careless troops delivered the product very late and the main things were missing
I have ordered a teddy chocolates cup cake and a greeting ... Only the greeting and cup cake was delivered ..even though the full amount was paid on 13th
I was so upset ... I told them to come and take back there cake and card
They never turned back .. they did not reverse me the amount ... Cheaters .. robbers .. official cheaters with useless and careless troops ..

Once I'm back India even though I will waste my time .. I will file a consumer complaint on this and will surely make them answerable...
