Review Time
I ordered gifts for my wife, and it has now been two days past the promised delivery date with no delivery in sight.
Despite repeatedly following up on their WhatsApp support number, the order remains undelivered. My order number is 11203482ZDt.
What’s more frustrating is that customer support appears to be fully automated. They keep sending the same “proof of delivery” image with a vague line marked on it and ask me to check with neighbors. I have clearly requested — at least five times — that they call the recipient directly, yet no one has made a single attempt to contact her.
This has been stressful, unprofessional, and completely unacceptable, especially when the order was meant to be a gift.
I expected better communication and accountability.
Worst experience with customer service. They don’t respond properly. They will say please wait we will get back to you and after some time they will just close the chat saying as we didnot get any response closing this chat. And every next time when new agent comes they keep asking tell be briefly about your situation.
Good service and good selection, however, for 11usd for 5 roses, they were slightly wilted (browning petals), not what I expect at that price. Fresh, good quality flowers are a must.

Extremely poor service. Not delivered as per ordered item. Order lD 17562353. Unable to reach them. So called whatsapp communication thay are closing case without resolving the issue.
Fraud company. Don't trust them.
My husband sent flowers on line through igp from New jersey USA. He wanted to send me yesterday the eve of Valentine's day. I did not receive it. The portal showed it was delivered last evening at 9.15 pm but I did not receive it. As my husband lodged complaint the customer care said they would deliver it today but now it is 4,57 evening on 14th feb i haven't received till now.
What a sham and scam
They charged an arm and an leg for the flowers and gift items but never delivered.
I advise people not to trust this online delivery portal at all.
Igp is a fraud company,my husband and son wanted to suprise me with my favourite cake which was ordered on igp,they neither delivered the cake nor ready to refund the amount as they claim that their delivery partner is delivered the parcel which we never received,i have never had this kind of experience from any app till now...please be cautious about the company they are only cheating people and making money
This company has zero ethics , they delivered defective items and failed to redeliver the correct item. They have left no stone unturned to make gifting experience bitter . They have mastered the art to ruin special occasions .
I recommend not to use the app . Have got cheated twice .
The quality was extremely poor. I recommend choosing only specific cakes that might be acceptable. I had a disappointing experience with the red velvet cake; it was more cream than cake. If there were an option for zero stars, I would choose that. The image quality was also unsatisfactory.
