Since moving into my current residence, I've been faced with a persistent leak, ongoing dampness, and mould issues, particularly in the bathroom and entryway. The bathroom lacks working lighting, the unit has a musty smell, and the walls and ceilings are visibly deteriorating. Despite multiple maintenance requests and emails, no substantial repairs have been made. Five months ago, the bathroom sink collapsed due to moisture damage and remains unfixed. I injured my hand on the broken sink and am left brushing my teeth in the bathtub, which is completely unacceptable. When I requested relocation due to the company breaching the contract, I was told I would need to pay another deposit while still being required to pay full rent in these unsafe living conditions. This lack of accountability and care for tenants is simply intolerable, and I intend to escalate this matter to the appropriate housing authorities.
