I strongly advise against engaging with this company. They do not prioritize client interests and lack any semblance of customer care. My experience over the past seven months has been frustrating, as I've had to plead for even basic responses. I've sent multiple emails trying to resolve issues, but they remain unresponsive. When I call, the necessary staff are rarely available, and callbacks are nonexistent. This has been the worst rental experience I've had, and I would caution everyone I meet to avoid them.
