Ice giant has the best customer service I ever experienced online. I ordered a chain earlier in the day and a customer service representative reach out to me to make sure I ordered the correct size on the chain and even sent me a size chart of all the sizes, I confirm with them that it’s the correct size. I was also interested in a pendant but wasn’t forsure if any would fit and the customer service rep sent how to look it up on line to make sure what ever pendant I wanted fits my chain and also help me decide which pendants goes best with my chain and on top of that offered to ship my items together so they can come at the same time ! Y’all are truly the best in the game.
