Ice giant has the best customer service I ever experienced online. I ordered a chain earlier in the day and a customer service representative reach out to me to make sure I ordered the correct size on the chain and even sent me a size chart of all the sizes, I confirm with them that it’s the correct size. I was also interested in a pendant but wasn’t forsure if any would fit and the customer service rep sent how to look it up on line to make sure what ever pendant I wanted fits my chain and also help me decide which pendants goes best with my chain and on top of that offered to ship my items together so they can come at the same time ! Y’all are truly the best in the game.
Poor customer service, no communication, it’s been over a month and still haven’t received my order. They string you along and respond when they want. They post on instagram and ignore you. They see you and they see dollar signs. Will never recommend…if you really want grillz I suggest going to dayyani grillz

Pros:- Price point that can't be beat (after shopping around) - Shines brighter than the northern lights- Very comfortable - Extremely durable- Pass diamond tester - Custom to your teeth (free molding kit) - fantastic customer service (you get a personal support that engages with you thought the entire process)- You receive molds with GrillzCons- Mouth is always frozen due to all the ice they use. Whether you're looking for a custom grill, ring, chain, or watch Ice Giant has your back and best interest in mind. I was blown away but the great customer support who checked in with me with updates and answered my inquiries within 24 hours. I wouldn't shop anywhere else for my jewelry moving forward. Also when shopping around for my custom grill I found IGT to be the most reasonably priced out of all the competitors. This company deserves 5/5 stars because they go above and beyond in ensuring customer satisfaction from start to finish.
Fake and Scam website. It's a trap. Some lady will text you and give you some betting kind of work. Once you will receive any USDT against your work. You will be trapped. Stay away from this s**t. IGT will also do not respond in this. Thats how they earn money through scam
Don't invest any money in this platform I have cheated by this company mainly by Ms. Aanya. she is very rude and very hard to coordinate she is the worst behavior in this company. she was not given any money back and rules and regulations are not informed before going to the deposit. The process they are given is not understanding, They confused and deceived me.
