I have been trying to return it since MARCH. They won’t send me a return label abut instead offer $40 if I keep it. They have told me four separate times that they have processed the refund and it will appear in my account in 24-hours, 5 business days, or 7 business days, but it never does. I have sent 12 emails at this point.
